A Brit-German man has been jailed after pushing his wife off a balcony during sex. Christian M, who claimed that his wife toppled 200ft over a balcony, was sentenced to life in prison over her murder. The man threw his wife from a 22-floor hotel window in Germany "like a garbage bag", the judge said at his trial. Christian, who was having an affair at the time, wanted to "dispose of" his wife to start a new life with his mistress, according to the court verdict. The murder would also allow him to dodge expensive divorce fees, the court heard.
