Gianni Infantino set for criminal proceedings over plan to sell FIFA World Cup

UEFA are reportedly preparing to bring criminal proceedings against Gianni Infantino over his FIFA Forward Enterprise (FFE) proposal. The plan they announced in July after this summer's World Cup was to create a commercial subsidiary of FIFA that would manage the commercial and operational rights of its tournaments, in which private investors could take minority stakes.
